3 Anti-aging Hair Hacks for Shiny and Youthful Locks

Many of us are quite willing to spend tens of thousands of dollars just to stay young and beautiful. But let’s face it; most of these shop-bought hair and beauty products aren’t really giving us what we need most of the time. And commercial hair growth products are involved with chemicals that are potentially damaging to your health.

Today I’m going to share with you three of the most effective and all-natural anti-aging hair hacks to help you maintain thick, vibrant, young-looking hair.

1. Treat your scalp and strands with an overnight coconut oil treatment

Natural coconut oil can repair damaged hair. It can bring severely damaged tresses back to life. It also encourages healthier hair growth. This organic oil has both moisturizing and antifungal properties. That's why it helps boost scalp and follicle health. It also contains vitamins and minerals antioxidants and fatty acids.

No wonder this healing oil has completely cured my grandmother's skin disease and hair loss. Within just a month, she’s seen significant hair growth and the last time I saw her, she doesn’t look like someone who had lost her hair.

For young women, applying a coconut oil massage overnight treatment at least once or twice week is a way to maintain hair thickness and moisture. Every other day you can use it as an in-shower hair moisturizer.

Just apply about 2-4 tablespoons of coconut oil on to your hair and scalp. Massage for a few minutes and let it sit for at least thirty minutes before rinsing off. If possible heat the oil before applying. Warm oil opens up the scalp, allowing it to penetrate deeply into your hair follicles.

Now you know why your grandma smelled like pickles. But rinsing our hair with an apple cider vinegar rinse can make our hair shiny. It  also stimulates hair growth and prevents scalp-itching.

It works by neutralizing the pH balance of your hair. It smoothens out the hair cuticles, leaving it shiny and smooth. Most shampoos are highly alkalizing, stripping away our hair’s natural moisture. The result is lackluster, brittle strands.

To make your own hair-glossing rinse, mix one-third cup of apple cider vinegar with a cup of water and put it inside a spray bottle. To use, shampoo hair as usual with a sulfate-free shampoo then spray the apple vinegar rinse on your hair. Massage your hair and let it sit for about two minutes.Then rinse it with cold water. You can also add a few drops of lavender or rosemary oil into your vinegar solution for great smelling hair after.

3. Drink a glass of biotin shake everyday!

This step is very easy. Growing thick and gorgeous locks has never been easier. Drinking a glass of Biotin shake each day is an enjoyable way of improving hair quality and thickness.
